Yeah, a little out of order aren't they! I thought the H was for hospital....guess I was wrong!
Well... ummm.... what is the building anyway ? That might give a clue... not too sure though.
no much of a clue though...it's some sort of "service building" in a "sidliste", which is a mass housing area where the housing units are 11-storey boxes.
there used to be shops beginning with these letter as far as i remember
